- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
- Proven success in reducing MTTR and meeting SLAs
- Technical skills: Modules ITSM, CSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS)
- Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub
- DevOps: Git, Jenkins, CICD pipelines
- Detail-oriented and proactive
