ServiceNow-ServiceNow Architecture-Senior Manager

EY is seeking a ServiceNow-ServiceNow Architecture Senior Manager to lead the growth of the Firm's Service Now footprint, manage large-scale implementations, and drive sales enablement. This role requires a global team management experience and experience working with large global teams. The company focuses on building a better working world through trust in the capital markets and diverse teams globally.

Requirements

• Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now, respond to client proposals, participate in orals and help growing Service Now business
• Deep knowledge of Service Now Partner ecosystem, licensing model, and platform management
• Ability to design and develop large solutions combining Service Now platform, automation, and workflow capabilities for EY customers
• Lead offshore team in all Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops)
• Propose and deliver projects as per agreed objectives to EY customers and/or internal stakeholders
• Build strong internal relationships within the firm and with other services
• Develop people through supervision, coaching, and mentoring
• Maintain an educational program for staff development
• Perform business development pre-sales and practice development
