The ServiceNow Solutions Architect for Software Asset Management (SAM) is responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions to meet BD’s needs. They work closely with stakeholders, technical analysts, developers and our service partners, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience implementing integrated system processes, architectures, and solutions
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on development and implementation experience with ServiceNow
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing 3rd party vendor and partner consultants/contractors
- ITIL certification
- Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow (CSA) required
