ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, delivery, and optimization of ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise. As a senior technology leader, you will provide mentorship and thought leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, integration design, development standards, and platform governance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, ITAM)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities
• Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow solutions and mentoring technical teams
• Minimum 12 years of ServiceNow development, including 2+ years as an architect
• Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, with a track record of working in global, virtual teams
• Demonstrated ability to align digital vision and strategy with organizational goals
