ServiceNOW Technical Consultant role involves designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, providing technical consulting services to clients, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- Several years' experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment
- Scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS
- Understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principals and procedures
- High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and experience of building custom applications and integrations with other platforms
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist, Service Now Application Developer, ITIL Foundation
