As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be part of a new team in Costa Rica, working on ServiceNow Impact, a product that personalizes customers' digital transformation journey. You will help customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of ServiceNow products through delivering technical accelerators.
Requirements
- Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SAML/SSO and integrations
- Experience with AI/ML technology and ServiceNow products
