Requirements

  • At least 3 distinct course plans related to ServiceNow products
  • Delivered 2 ServiceNow training sessions for end users or administrators
  • Mastery of ServiceNow (user interface, ITSM modules, workflows, service catalog)
  • Pedagogical design competence (andragogical approach, user journey, active pedagogy)
  • Mastery of ITSM Best Practices via ServiceNow, including Incident management, Requests, Changes, etc.
