This contract position is for a Training and Change Management Lead for ServiceNow to deliver training on order management, field service management, and customer portal workflows. The role involves creating a training ecosystem that inspires users and transforming 200+ users. The role focuses on crafting content, managing the training lifecycle, and providing real-time coaching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing and delivering training for technology transformations (100+ users)
  • Hands-on experience with learning management systems (Talent LMS, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
  • Ability to rapidly learn new systems
  • Highly Desirable: ServiceNow experience or familiarity with similar enterprise cloud platforms
  • Understanding of order-to-fulfilment processes
  • Mobile workforce application training experience
  • Change Management certification | ITIL Foundation | Adult learning certifications (CPLP, ATD)
