Site Reliability Developer

Oracle Analytics Service Excellence (OASE) team within Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) is responsible for developing tools, technologies, processes, and driving change through data-driven decisions. The team focuses on building cloud based technologies, managing internal applications, automating processes, and working with government customers to ensure service parity for various Oracle analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Performing DevOps activities.
• Responding to incidents and troubleshooting.
• Working with Oracle Analytics Cloud including ServiceNow and SQL.
• Writing documentation.
• Utilizing agile methodologies.
• Working independently and in a team environment.
• Working extended week day and week-end shifts.
• Experience supporting multiple cloud services.
• Knowledge of Oracle Analytics server and BI publisher.
