Visa is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their growing ServiceNow team. The role will focus on developing and maintaining the CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and other core ServiceNow components, including CI/CD pipelines, data management, and operational support. It requires collaboration with internal customers and stakeholders, as well as contributing to a collaborative development environment. This position involves working with Service Now's advanced features and the broader ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years ServiceNow development experience on Service Now Platform and CMDB
- Experience troubleshooting issues on the ServiceNow platform with Catalog requests, data imports, or other business-related logic
- Effective writing skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile Development methodology
