SITEC - ServiceNow Business Analyst - MacDill AFB

Peraton is seeking an IT ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, designing ServiceNow modules, and facilitating communication with stakeholders to improve IT services. The analyst will work with USSOCOM and other key players in the field, focusing on maintaining network operations and supporting mission capabilities.

Requirements

• 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, or 8 years with BS/BA, or 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD
• DoD TS/SCI clearance or above
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
• Business Analyst experience with Software Delivery in an Agile Environment with multiple Product/Service owners and workstream to support.
• Operational knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow patching/upgrade cycle, testing, and development methods
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Experience working on large scale projects
