Design and build robust scoped applications, reusable components, and custom workflows for Amadeus business units. Collaborate with architects and security teams to align with global enterprise standards and compliance policies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- Deep knowledge in at least 3 domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine)
- Expertise in scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Spokes
- Experience building resilient and scalable apps in a multi-instance, globally distributed environment
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and at least two Certified Implementation Specialist credentials
