DTCC is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the ServiceNow products. The role involves developing and supporting ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM), and provides a framework for collaboration and professional development within a dynamic, supportive environment. Requirements
- At least 4 yrs. of software development experience with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certification in ITIL and one of the ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, Discovery
- Strong working knowledge in IT Service Management, and CMDB
- At least 2 yrs. of experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Development (CAD)
