ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Software Licensing Manager to lead the rollout and evolution of a new SaaS Pricing Model for large enterprise ServiceNow accounts. This role focuses on ensuring customers adopt ServiceNow products, manage license utilization, and foster collaboration between internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience with SaaS models and pricing.
Requirements
- Support the successful rollout and adoption of the new SaaS Pricing Model.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret customer usage, entitlements, and commitments.
- Drive internal enablement by developing playbooks and training materials.
- Conduct preliminary usage reviews.
- Support open inquiries and resolve disputes.
- Lead monthly account status reviews.
