This role focuses on ensuring customers adopt ServiceNow products, manage license utilization, and foster collaboration between internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience with SaaS models and pricing.

Requirements

  • Support the successful rollout and adoption of the new SaaS Pricing Model.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret customer usage, entitlements, and commitments.
  • Drive internal enablement by developing playbooks and training materials.
  • Conduct preliminary usage reviews.
  • Support open inquiries and resolve disputes.
  • Lead monthly account status reviews.
