Solution Architect for Messaging & Collaboration Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade messaging and collaboration solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform. This role will drive architectural decisions, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide strategic guidance across multiple service towers including messaging, security, compliance, and end-user collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience relevant to the job duties above
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture-type duties with a focus on messaging and collaboration platforms
• 3+ years experience in Microsoft 365 services and licensing models
• 2+ years experience with hybrid cloud environments and directory synchronization
• 2+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB and configuration item tracking
• 2+ years experience with PowerShell and scripting for data analysis and cloud tenant administration
• 2+ years experience with mobile device management using Apple Business Manager and ZeroTouch for both BYOD and company owned devices
• 2+ years experience in M365 Information Rights Management
