The Solution Architect – SAP PP & MM (External) will focus on applying business and technical expertise to design, implement, and support the current business capabilities within Cepheid’s SAP systems. This role involves leading or participating in projects across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Control, as well as interacting with MES interfaces. The architect will translate business requirements into solution designs and build and maintain complex systems and technical solutions. They should have strong SAP and business process knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MBA (or related)
- 8+ years of SAP ERP design, implementation, and support experience
- Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning and other SAP modules
- Experience in SAP configuration and business processes
- Deep understanding of integration with other ECC modules (particularly SD, QM, CO)
- Experience in SAP configuration and business processes
- Knowledge of interfacing SAP with external MES
- Experience in SAP implementation of production planning
- Knowledge of production process implementation in S/4 HANA
- Experience in system design and implementation
- Experience in ITSM tools (Spirit, ServiceNow)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
