Specialist, Employee Solutions

NRG Energy is seeking a Specialist, Employee Solutions to provide support to the HR Team. This role will manage HR employee inquiries, including Pay, Timekeeping, Benefits, HR Systems, and total rewards, within the ServiceNow ticketing platform. The position involves training, administration, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. NRG promotes a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Manage a high-volume of requests and inquires related to HR employee support within Talent & Culture’s ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Provide exemplary customer service both in resolving employee issues and meeting SLAs.
• Administers NRG’s Tuition Reimbursement program.
• Partner with internal Talent & Culture Centers of Excellence to resolve complex employee issues.
• Perform Employee Data change requests, within NRG’s HRIS.
• Assist with resolving employee inquiries reported through other channels.
