The Senior HR Coordinator is a key member of the HR Support Services team, responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and customer-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role handles a broad range of both complex and basic administrative tasks and service requests, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, records management, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR inquiries and escalations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a high-volume or shared services environment.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is an asset.
