Join Integra LifeSciences as a Sr. HR Coordinator to oversee and coordinate HR functions, ensure compliance with Puerto Rico labor laws and company policies, and provide bilingual support in all HR communications and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent direct experience.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience; experience in manufacturing or the medical device industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Puerto Rico labor laws and HR best practices.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Expertise in one or more disciplines – employee relations, benefits, OSHA, FMLA, workers compensation, or new hire orientation
