We are looking for a Sr IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage major incidents, restore IT services, and lead investigation activities. The role requires strong managerial skills, knowledge of IT service management software, and ability to analyze technical data. The position is fully remote within the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years' experience working in IT service management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT service management software, including ITIL and ServiceNow
