This Senior Business Analyst role involves standardizing and optimizing ITIL® Service Management processes for a large customer environment. The position requires consultation for end-to-end ITSM, process implementation, and improvement of productivity, quality, and service. Collaboration with ServiceNow and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Experience in Delivery and consulting for Change and Release Management Process
- Experience in reengineering existing processes and designing new processes.
- ITIL® Intermediate or Expert certification preferred
- Project Management trained is preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience using MS Office applications including Visio
