The Senior Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for conducting workplace investigations, overseeing a team of employee relations professionals, and providing meaningful insights and recommendations to the Global Employee Relations Team. The role involves driving consistency and fairness, ensuring regional and cultural nuances are represented, and managing a diverse and inclusive Employee Relations team.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a people leader in the Employee Relations / Human Resources space.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in client-facing employee relations roles, to include experience and expertise in both performance management and conducting investigations and grievance processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
  • Passion for identifying the root cause of problems and providing strategic, actionable insights and recommendations in response to those problems.
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess confidence in handling ambiguous and fluid situations.
  • Good understanding of cultural and geographical differences and practices across EMEA and across the globe, and flexibility to collaborate across time zones as needed with key partners.
