Sr. Manager, Events & Program Management

ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sr. Manager of Events & Program Management to support the Global President of Customer Operations. This role focuses on shaping the President's voice, leading event orchestration, and maximizing strategic impact across Sales, Marketing, and Communications. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI to enhance work processes, and strong project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 12+ years of experience with 7+ years in executive communications, strategic initiatives, or event management.
• Exceptional writer and storyteller with experience crafting executive-level content.
• Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure in fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
