Sr. Manager, Events & Program Management

ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager, Events & Program Management to support the Global President of Customer Operations. This high-visibility role will focus on shaping the President’s external voice, managing thought leadership, and leading strategic events. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership, event management, and communication skills to maximize business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 12+ overall years of exp with 7+ years of experience in executive communications, strategic initiatives, or event management.
• Exceptional writer and storyteller with experience crafting executive-level content.
• Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders on high-visibility programs.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
