Sr Manager, IT Project Management and Delivery Enablement

Lubrizol is seeking a Sr Manager, IT Project Management and Delivery Enablement to lead IT project management, develop delivery frameworks, and drive value through agile execution models. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring project alignment with business priorities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a change champion and mentor a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with exposure to platform or application delivery.
• Proven leadership of Project Management or delivery functions in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with agile and hybrid project methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, sequence, and deliver complex initiatives through cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting platform or application lifecycle delivery, with understanding of enterprise IT platforms and digital systems.
• Experience in vendor management and strategic partnership.
• Strong influencing skill and ability to lead through collaboration in matrixed, global environments.
