The Sr Portfolio Analyst will manage the front end of the project lifecycle, aligning demand with strategic priorities and delivery capacity. The role involves evaluating new project requests, maintaining intake records, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure demand is feasible and aligned with enterprise goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, business analysis, or project intake/demand planning roles.
- Experience working in a Portfolio and Communications Office (PCO) or similar governance structure is preferred.
- Technical skills in portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Strong understanding of intake-to-delivery workflows and demand management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support prioritization and planning decisions.
- Familiarity with financial planning, capacity modeling, and resource forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, prioritization forums, and stakeholder discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
