Requirements
- Plan and execute system upgrades
- Address Incident, Problems on the platform
- Ensure availability & resiliency of the platform and MID servers
- Continuous monitoring of application performance
- Knowledge of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database
- ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
- Experience on ServiceNow modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
- Experience on basic Java scripting
- Experience on handling service now incident and request queue
- Experience in clone & deployment in ServiceNow
- Experience in documentation and review activities
- Experience in complex data migration
