ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Services Executive to drive platform adoption and customer business outcomes. This role involves selling service offerings, providing implementation services, and training, working as part of the Customer Outcomes team. The Executive will be a trusted advisor to both the customer and ServiceNow Sales teams, driving value realization and pipeline development.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- Minimum 12 years of previous services sales experience in a SaaS software or solution sales organization.
- New account sales focus, operating independently to identify new opportunities.
- Existing relationships in large enterprise accounts are a plus.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving Services, Success, or Training sales targets.
- Strong operational command – managing end-to-end franchise.
- Travel up to 75% (depending on geography/region)
