ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operations to work with customers to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. The role involves configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products, advocating for best practices, leading design workshops, and providing technical oversight for customer engagements. The consultant will work with various systems including SSO, LDAP, and web technologies.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (CIS-SIR, CIS-VR, CIS-CSM, etc.)
- 3+ years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with Security Operation sponsors
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
- Team player and team builder
