Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operations (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operations, to help customers optimize their ServiceNow Security Operations products. This role involves configuring security operations services using ServiceNow best practices, providing guidance to customers, and driving business outcomes. The position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow security solutions and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Sufficient experience with configurations and development for complex, high-capable technologies (e.g. integrations and portals)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in a Security Operations environment
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and SaaS technologies
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills
• Team player and team builder
