ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant, Security Operations Workflow Product Expert Implementation Services to support customers in accelerating business outcomes. This role involves configuring ServiceNow SecOps products, providing guidance on process improvement, and driving customer adoption. It's a collaborative position focused on technical expertise and client engagement.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and CIS-VR/ SIR preferred
- 5+ years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies including integrations and portals
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with SecOps sponsors/stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cultural diversity
