Sr. Workplace Services Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives within our Workplace Services organization. This role will be responsible for managing a diverse range of programs that improve the workplace environment, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or project management, with at least 7 years of experience managing capital projects in a workplace services or facilities management setting.
• Strong understanding of workplace services operations, including facilities management, office planning, employee services, sustainability, and health & safety.
• Strong understanding of capital project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple departments or teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with proven experience managing cross-functional programs and initiatives in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
