ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Applied Research Scientist to lead the research and engineering of Large Language Models. This role involves building and improving NOWLLM models to enhance AI-powered features across various Business Units, contributing to a differentiated advantage for customers. The team focuses on innovative AI features within today's enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Expert in prompt engineering and developing LLM based features
  • Experience with methods of training and fine tuning large language models
  • Experience in using Al productivity tools
  • Experience with Pretraining of an LLM
  • Experience with Reinforcement learning is preferred
  • Experience with various transformer architectures
  • Ability to read latest papers and experiment with ideas
  • Good publication record in top tier conferences
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders
