Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst to join their Global Cloud Services organization. This role will focus on managing public cloud cost and usage, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure efficient resource utilization. The position reports to the Director of Cloud FinOps and requires a strong understanding of cloud cost management tools and financial forecasting strategies.

Requirements

• 8 years of related experience (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD)
• 3+ years of FinOps/cloud financial management experience
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS or other cloud providers
• Deep knowledge of cloud cost management tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Google Cloud Billing, CloudHealth, Cloudability)
• Full professional proficiency in English
