We're searching for a Staff Enterprise Platform Engineer - ServiceNow to take ownership of our new ServiceNow platform — designing and implementing advanced, secure, and efficient solutions that enable business transformation at a global scale.
Requirements
- Solid experience with applications in Service Now, such as: APM, SPM, sPM, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, CSM or SecOps
- Experience with Service Now Implementation Projects
- Fluent or Advanced English is mandatory as the associate will work directly with a Global Team
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, for example: ServiceNow API’s, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
- Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
- Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution.
- Mandatory: Should have ServiceNow System Admin Certification or Application developer certification. ITIL 4 and/or ITIL v3 Certification in an intermediate or advanced level also would be considered a plus.
- Desirable: Any ServiceNow certified implementation specialist certification would be a plus. Experience in a Software companies’ domain.
