Staff Hadoop Admin - Big Data & Tableau Admin - Federal

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to support US Federal Government Cloud Infrastructure. This role involves deploying, monitoring, and maintaining Big Data infrastructure on cloud platforms like ServiceNow Cloud and Azure. The company focuses on delivering innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 85% of Fortune 500 customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving efficiencies across cloud operations, customer support, and product usage analytics.

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Deep understanding of Hadoop / Big Data ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with VictonMetrics, Prometheus, Spark, Flink, and Grafana
• 6+ years of experience with HDFS, Yarn, Hive, HBase, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Impala, Kudu, Redis, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of data mining and querying with tools like VictoriaMetrics and Spark
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated applications deployment
• Proficient with Bash, Python for automation
• Familiarity with Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) and its ecosystem
• Ability to adapt to technology changes
• Strong Linux Systems Administration skills
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python
