Staff Outbound Product Manager will create high-quality enablement content to highlight the value of product innovations, particularly focusing on workflows and task orchestration for service teams and supporting departments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management or related experience
  • Deep experience with CRM or BPM applications, specifically data models applied across multiple industry verticals, or related experience
  • Deep GTM experience
  • Strong customer orientation
  • PaaS/SaaS experience
  • Experience working with industry influencers to evangelize the product
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to write GTM content
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, executive staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
