ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to support the outbound GTM strategy for their Core Business Suite. This role focuses on positioning, packaging, and differentiation of the suite within the competitive landscape. The PM will partner with sales to deliver compelling ESM stories and influence product direction, packaging, and adoption strategy. This is a high-impact position focused on executive engagement and transforming business efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years in outbound product management or GTM strategy
- Deep Enterprise Service Management (ESM) knowledge, particularly ITSM
- Proven ability to pitch complex SaaS solutions to CIOs and senior executives
- Strong collaboration experience with enterprise sales teams
Requirements Summary
