Staff Outbound Product Manager will create high-quality enablement content to highlight the value of product innovations, particularly focusing on workflows and task orchestration for service teams and supporting departments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management or related experience
- Deep experience with CRM or BPM applications, specifically data models applied across multiple industry verticals, or related experience
- Deep GTM experience
- Strong customer orientation
- PaaS/SaaS experience
- Experience working with industry influencers to evangelize the product
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to write GTM content
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, executive staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
