This role focuses on scaling by developing enablement content and driving customer success through workflows and task orchestration for service teams. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Outbound Product Management – Financial Services, Customer and Industry Workflows.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with CRM or BPM applications
