Staff Production Infrastructure Engineer- Kubernetes

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Production Infrastructure Engineer to develop and maintain Kubernetes platforms, primarily in a state-of-the-art environment. The role involves building, troubleshooting, and improving the infrastructure surrounding ServiceNow's cloud platform, leveraging open-source tools, and collaborating within a team environment. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, security, and Prometheus/Grafana is essential.

Requirements

• Experience in integrating AI into workflows.
• 9+ years of experience in Kubernetes architecture and security.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, security, and policy agents.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Deep understanding of Linux servers and their components.
• Experience with bare metal, virtual machines, and configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef, or Ansible).
• Experience with a variety of open-source tools for a production computing environment.
• Experience with test automation and test specifications.
• JV20 proficiency
