ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Production Service Engineer to deliver seamless operational support to German customers. The role involves network and system administration, database management, DevOps operations, and working closely with the Global ServiceNow Team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Linux environments, and strong skills in scripting, performance tuning, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong background in systems architecture and engineering.
- 6+ years’ experience building and maintaining Linux-based systems.
- 6+ years’ experience working on one (or more) Relational Database technologies: MariaDB, Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
