ServiceNow is seeking a highly innovative and strategic Staff Software Engineer to join their Digital Technology Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role focuses on building intelligent solutions that empower customer engagement and business growth through AI-enhanced technology. The engineer will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and iterating on AI-powered capabilities leveraging both internal and external data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, data engineering, or intelligent systems.
- Proven experience building scalable applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages, and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience working with large-scale data systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
