We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. You will work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 9+ years of Strong expertise in ML and full-stack development
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentorship experience, guiding junior team members in technical development and best practices
