ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to support a strategic partner in Germany. This role involves implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring a secure and scalable infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Linux systems and enterprise networks, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and experience with cloud-native networking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to be on call if required
- Ability to travel to customer site in Germany
