Sopra Steria is looking for a Platform Architect to design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for their customers. The role involves ensuring a sustainable architecture, leading technical workshops, and collaborating with development teams.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
- A deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities
- Experience of designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
