SW Engineer Servicenow Orchestration

Leads team efforts to design, develop, test, and document complex software systems and applications. Provides technical and procedural guidance to team members, related teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in delivering infrastructure-related services.
• Diverse skills and experience in programming.
• Expert-level in ITSM platforms and ITIL processes.
• Expert in developing and implementing automation routines.
• High experience in automation (processes, health checks, and/or configuration management).
• Solid track record as a proactive and collaborative team member in global teams.
• Effective communicator and mentor.
