The Senior Systems Administrator Lead will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The role will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulations, cybersecurity procedures, and cyber readiness standards.
Requirements
- US Citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in related field
- One or more certifications: CompTIA Server +, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
