The States Personnel System is seeking a Systems Programmer II to join the Office of Information Technology. The role involves managing access requests, creating and modifying accounts, troubleshooting access issues, and supporting compliance activities. This position requires knowledge of IT service management systems and a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

  • Access Management Pro: Process access requests for onboarding, modifications, and terminations.
  • Queue Master: Monitor and manage routing group queues daily.
  • Account Specialist: Create, modify, and terminate accounts, update profiles, run audits, and provide access to systems.
  • Role-Based Access Expert: Assign role-based access, ensuring entitlements align with job responsibilities.
  • Troubleshooter and Collaborator: Troubleshoot access issues, coordinate with technical teams, maintain detailed records, and use ServiceNow.
  • Ability to process information logically and analyze user access needs.

Requirements Summary
