Systems Support Analyst - Support Services Global Support Centre

We have an opportunity for an I.T guru, to join our team as a Support Analyst on a 12 month MAT leave contract with a focus on our HR and Payroll systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments
• Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems (Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, payroll systems etc.)
• Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Manage Engine)
• Proficiency in user administration and access control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
