Team Lead IT Governance & Risk Management

Requirements

• University degree in information technology, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT within regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare)
• At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 37000)
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT GRC processes and QMS
• Advanced project management skills, analytical skills
• Fluency in English and German (beneficial)
