Technical Application Specialist (Workday)

Several opportunities have arisen in the People Platform for Technical Application Specialists, to work with an amazing team to support the configuration of the Platform’s critical technical assets specifically Workday.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Workday, ServiceNow or Microsoft Viva domains
• Configuration and customisation of 3rd party products
• Development and maintenance of functionality in line with end-user demand
• Line management skills for junior grades
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Knowledge of multiple Workday components (i.e., Human Capital Management, Payroll, Compensation including Advanced Comp, Time and Absence, Recruitment, Learning etc.) or VNDLY, HiredScore and Planning
• Budget management and complex analysis skills
• Knowledge management systems
• IT Security policies and procedures
• Performance management systems
• Strategic planning system development
• Product specification development and testing procedures
