This role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade technical support to mid-market clients, leveraging ServiceNow automation and agentic AI to maintain a centralised, knowledge-driven service and improve service excellence. The Technical Operations team delivers a shared service designed for speed, consistency, and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware vSphere and ESX)
- Solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Advanced analytical skills
